Smith & Company is located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, a city of 17,000 people in southeastern Missouri, and is the largest engineering/surveying firm between St. Louis and Memphis.

We serve the Southeast Missouri region from Poplar Bluff north to St. Louis, east to the Mississippi River, west to Springfield and south through Missouri's Bootheel and into Northeast Arkansas.

In addition to public works projects, we provide services relating to site planning, assessment and construction including land surveys, geotechnical exploration and materials testing, stormwater management, environmental analysis and government permit application and compliance.
